weekly classes

Any athlete can benefit from adding yoga (strength, flexibility, breath, focus and injury prevention) as cross training to their regular regiment. Teams can learn to come together, care and use each others strengths through practicing yoga!

 
1500kr per session for a minimum of three month commitment.
Classes are held on a fixed day and time at your training center.

2x 2hr Workshops

Workshop 1:Strong and Resilient

Increasing an athletes range of motion while using proper alignment not only increases power but also the efficiency of the action. Ensuring that range of motion is being maintained or increased as an athlete builds strength develops a comfortable and resilient body less prone to injury.

Strong and resilient, the first of two workshops is designed to teach the athlete and coach a dynamic yoga sequence one used to build strength, increase range of motion and prevent injury.

 

Worksop 2:Stretch and Release

Stretching is a integral part of any well rounded training routine. Not only does stretching after exercise kick start the recovery process it is an excellent time to develop better breathing and mental focus. Stretch and release is a workshop designed specifically for athletes who need to learn to unwind body and soul.
