Stress relief and pain relief are two of the major benefits of practicing yoga, but when we are working hard it can be difficult to get to the studio. Start/end or take a break your workday with a yoga class that meets your needs. 

 
1500kr per session with minimum three month commitment.
Classes are on a fixed day and time at your office.
 
 

Shoulder and neck course

Shoulder and neck pain are the leading cause of sick-leave in Norway. Learn how to stretch and strengthen the shoulders back and neck and relieve your aches and pains. By participating in this five week course participants will learn the skills and techniques necessary to maintain heathy shoulders and necks in the future and experience the effects of dedicated practice.

 
15000kr (up to 20 participants)
Classes will be held on specified days and time over five weeks at your office or training center.
 
 

lunch-break yoga

Don't want to have to come to work early or stay late?

Don't want to have to have a mat or change? 

No problem. This 45min express class will get you up and out of your chair, thoroughly stretched and focused for the afternoon ahead all without having to change!
